This has been happening for two years now. I feel like everyone is judging me and is secretly meeting up somewhere planning something to kill me or restrain me. Sometimes when I'm walking in school, i see evil grins on people's faces staring right into my eyes when others claim the person is not even looking at me. I constantly feel like somebody is following me and occasionally I hear voices in my head just saying my name. Or sometimes somebody else's name. Also, at night, I see shadow like figures coming towards me and then disappear. Sometimes I when I concentrate on something it happens. such as if i watch sports, I feel like I can control the result of the game. I'm also extremely anxious over the smallest things and cannot keep a relationship. I see some people like they are perfect. While others are pure evil. I have a tendency not to care about anyone's feelings even my own. What's wrong with me?

You have good insight into yourself. And you sound unhappy and uncomfortable. I hope you will consider talking with a psychotherapist so your life can feel better

Rockercuteh,

I'm sorry you're experiencing these symptoms. It sounds scary. No one here can help diagnose you, but it does sound like there may be something going on psychologically with you. I would suggest scheduling an appt with a therapist; either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Psychologist to discuss your symptoms.

There is help out there for people who have these kinds of experiences. It does not mean you're crazy!! If you have difficulty sharing these things with others face to face, you can always print out what you wrote hear and let the therapist read it.

Good luck to you, welcome to the forum, we'll be here for you if you need us!!

While I would suggest that you make an appointment with a licence therapist... I have to ask if you have ever been dx with or treated for Schizophrenia? - just a thought.

no, we cant help diagnose, you should see a psychologist...

but that sounds similar to many of my expiriences, i have a dx of borderline personality. it basically causes me to be so untrusting, im on the "borderline" of psychosis. i see everyone as complete love and companionship or, i hate their guts and im convinced they hate me more.. all untrue, yet i cannot tell the difference. ive also had visual hallucinations, delusions like you sound to be having.
plz talk to a psychologist as this could worsen.
