When I was inpatient at the psych hospital, it was recommended to me that I take an omega 3 supplement.

But personally I don't think it will ever replace my risperidone.

Very interesting article, Perna. Thanks for bringing it to the site. I take Fish Oil for its other benefits, such as for heart issues, but it's comforting to know that it is useful for good brain functioning, too.

I started to take Fish Oil a few months ago.... it helps a bit. But this Gaba I found is really doing the trick!
