I've heard high doses of Vit. C and niacin help. I'm thinking about buying some. I hear voices every day. What is your advice?

Found this, was helpful. What has been your experience with curing schizophrenia with vitamins.

i do not have schizophrenia, but I do suffer from paranoia associated with another disorder. If you experience paranoia as well, I have read Niacin, B-12, and Ginko Biloba help. There are side effects, like any other drug, I mainly got diarrhea and at times nausea. But it sure beat the side effects I experienced when I was taking anti psychotics.
