Does anyone have any success with biofeedback as a treatment for ptsd?

Helping one to -relearn how to relax under the most stressful of conditions. when a stress trigger occurs, dealing with that in a positive manner. ?? Biofeedback in a non-invasive treatment and the risk of side-effects is non-existant. I am considering trying it.
