Does anyone have any stories related to trying a particular diet or foods to help with mood disorders or mental health issues? I've heard of people doing a gluten free, gf/cf diet, vegan, raw, or fenigold, Mediterranean or preservative/artificial ingredient free diets to help.

It's not so much an actual diet as just eating "food" instead of junk; too much sugar, alcohol, etc.:
