Sandworm is finding this very helpful.
I offer it as my present for what support you have given me in
this life and forum. thanks
=-00=-0=-0=-00=-0
I am using a treatment I made up on my own.

I get written down what i want to do and heal. my anxiety, fear, anger,
panic attack, depression, si, sui urge, or what have you.

I close the note, take a break, come back and get into a trance. I visualize a
thick yarn in front of me that i allow my life events to fall down onto
in chronological order. most recent (on far right) to most distant past (on
far left) with the yarn stretching from my right to left.
I then float up over it, and ask my question, "what am a feeling? fear (for
example)" and when was the last time more recently I felt that is where I
allow myself to go on the time line.

I maintain what is called 'the observer state of mind' / like watching a movie./
it is only information.
but I feel a dulled version of the moods. I ask myself "separate the feeling that is coming from the events and brought up just by this happenings in this time period."
see them as physical things and by will of mind have them float up like bubbles and grab them and move them aside. "NOW, what feelings, thoughts and moods are coming from somewhere other than this moment in time and
the present (as you are experiencing what is a present then, say you are reliving
an event on Thursday afternoon last week. that would be the present for this
exercise)
AS those feelings come up. (the intrusive ones from 'another time, another place" have them float and coalesce like blobs in a lava lamp).
begin to separate them out of the time line and set them in a staging area off to the side. I use a large thick glass bowl, like a bowl from the kitchen.
and I ask, where did these feelings come from, take me to that place on the time line.
at this point, allow yourself in your vision to travel these events and moments on your time line to that place, you can ask your question of
"when was the very first time I had these feelings ever in my life" and travel there, but for this exercise I will use ; "where did these feelings come from".
You will probably find yourself hovering over some life event that was
traumatic. Re-enter the observer state of mood and watch what happened, and
understand intuitively why this is hurtful to you (1)/ (2) Why this is being pulled from the past into a present moment (your Thursday afternoon last week)
what is it in the present that calls and summons to this event to
crowd, cloud, intensify, wild forest fire, into your present feelings and make them so *disproportionate* and out of context?

Ask the question, and wait for the answer, challenge the answer and see if
it 'rings true'. and continue.

place the feelings in a second staging area, a clearing, i prefer a bowl as mine
try to get up and run away or float away afterward or after I leave.
YOU MAY, continue exploring the time line for other connections and associations, faces, personalities, people that seem to intrude into your life
because of some 'link' they share in your subconscious which makes them
crowd into present moments in the HERE/NOW.
or you may end the timeline session.
I get up, do some chores, do something distracting of some nature, shower, for example.
I then get on the couch (comfortable and relaxing but not too much so)
and I recall the occurrences in the session, and I recall to mind the words of
Byron Katie in her books ("Loving what is") about how "Who AM I because I
am stuck in or holding onto this drama, this life story?"
...hmmm, understand the nuances the power, the choices you have made because of this, for good and bad. and how it has brought you here in this life
experience.
then "WHO would I be without this *STORY*, if I were to let it completely go. who would I be and what would I choose, experience and so forth."

experience the power of how you have gotten a new understanding of the boundage, choices and freedoms you would experience from this new view without that story.

Come out,
in a day or two then I begin to utilize a regime of RELEASE technique
of releasing the stuck event (the event ie "trauma" ) that keeps changing
my current ~here n now~ experiences by making them confused, LOADED,
and hyper-reactive and dissociative.
This Release Technique is explained in "The Sedonna Method".
from Lester Levenson's work.

after a release session I will do some four paragraphs. This is from "Recovery
International" from the 30' work of Abraham Lowe.

From Recovery International (Formally Recovery Incorporated) from the group work in insane asylums with patients by Doctor Abraham Lowe, 1930's
Mental Health through Will Training.

OUTLINE

I. Paragraph 1. Describe the event which is to be reported as the example. Mention the various things which were said and done. the persons involved, the time when the event took place, the places, and the temperamental reaction, "I began to work myself up.".

II. Paragraph 2. Describe the symptoms and discomfort they produced.

III. Paragraph 3. Describe the spotting of temper, of the working-up process and the absurdity of the philosophy of right and wrong, further the emphasis on the Recovery concept of average-ness these will happen in daily life.

  1. Paragraph 4. Begin with "Before I had my Recovery training." and describe the temperamental reaction and symptoms which would have been experienced in former days.
THIS was done in group sessions but in a pinch it can be done solo.
It was used for anxiety but other emotional overreactions can be used too.

=-0=-0=-0=-0
I will make notes of what came up during the four paragraphs session
and in between my timeline sessions, my 'who would you be"/"who are you because?" DRAMA~story sessions i maintain myself by
using the five key points of daily/hourly maintenance
of

By Luciani
Power of Self coaching

Preface introduction
Part 1: the conventional you. Page 15
Five point (Plan),
Chart your weaknesses,
Separate fact from fiction.
Stop the noise.(in your head)
Let go
Motivate yourself.
====-
Two keys: habit and control,
With habit, ask yourself are the habits helping or harming then
Strive to choose your habits well.
With control, when you *worry*, ask, what am I trying to control?

=-0=-0=-0=-0=-0=-0

IN ZEN thinking and mind set, there is not a moment of 'salvation' but a daily practice of always striving with effortlessness to exercise serenity.
One day at a time, always doing 'the work' of getting serenity and never ceasing.
TAKE this point of view. You have been 'upset' and traumatized for a long time, perhaps your whole life. DO NOT expect to heal of this in one session, over-night, or in a week or month. I have experienced that, but do not
*lay* that expectation down on yourself. This world can be toxic and it takes
vigilant effort to purify one's self back to 'the original SELF".
=-0=-0=-0=-0
as I progress, i use images of energy going into my body that heal me, and energy and gooey leaving my body of where it stuck from my 'bad' experiences.
I will return to my time line and re-write the events to bring about 'a different happening altogether" , or "a different dialogue", or a "different attitude by me about the happening and dialogue" so that it is not that anything objectively changed but my attitude changed. Like a P.O.W. he can not control the events in a prison camp, but he can choose how he responds to the experience, with
ruin, or an educating, healing, strengthening experience.

finally, breathe, move your body in tai chi (qi) style, clearing the mind,
and visualize and 'ground ' that is what the movement is all about ; your new experience and your NEW drama and story where you are the new you you
wanna be, a person without the traumatic expereince 'at all" or someone who has
found a way to integrate the experience into a 'person who reacting (subconsciously) in a way that creates a healthier you 'today' and a stronger, happier you.
Whether that means your 'reaction' WAS different in the past, or your present power to USE it is more adaptive, or you just changed the event from ever happening, that is something up to you ability to modify your relationship with
the outside world.

Incredibly Awesome! I appreciate the time that it took to write this out, the process that you went through , and the various conscious and subconscious thoughts that you conveyed I am going to re-read this, copy it down(if you don't mind, I thought maybe because you shared) and word for word understand the steps that you have outlined very clearly. I wanted to start a journal, this is a great format.
Thank you so much
warm thoughts
