I recently heard about using ashwaganda for anxiety and depression. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I haven't had a personal experience with it, but my friend has had great success with it. She used a combination of ashwaganda, meditation, and yoga to balance her depression and it helped her a great deal.

I've heard that Ashwagandha slightly helps nervousness, but causes GI problems! Hope it works for you!!
