sorry, i am at a total lack of words without being about to get into the
depth. I am victim of ritual abuse and trying to free myself for
45 years, but am going to die if I do not get the ability to
'counter' the putdowns, the manipulation and the dis-compliments of
others,

I can not hold enough self-esteem to keep my job and I "will" end up
in a snow drift if I don''t get help so I can say.....just once,
that I deserve praise, that I have done at least one thing of value.
