Anyone have experience with having used the supplement SAMe?
What where the side effects if any.

I tried it and it didn't do much for me but I only stayed on the 400mg, they suggest you go up to 1600mg if you don't find relief. I've read great reviews about it as a mood stabilizer though.
No side effects that I experienced.

I used it and noticed that my mood was much better. I ran out was feeling good and thus didn't buy more. Totally started to feel sad and unhappy about two weeks later. I think I'm going yo get it again. It's a bit expensive but I really believe it works. No side effects for me. I did the dose recommended on the package. I think it does take a couple of weeks to start working.

what about long term effects on things like liver, kidneys, etc? Anybody know anything?
