I am in the process of reducing my medication load. My goal is to only be on lamictal and Zoloft. That means I have to get off Abilify, and Wellbutrin and possibly Ativan. I am on an Abilify taper currently. My problem is this. I get very depressed, but antidepressants make me hypo manic. I have to take mood stabilizers to get rid on the mania. So I am on meds for other meds. It is polypharmacy. I exercise 5-7 days a week, eat heathy. I took b vitamins but my level got too high so I backed off. I am wondering what else I can do to support myself naturally. Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

A friend who is bipolar actually only told me a couple of weeks ago that if you're manic and you exercise it will make it worse. Only exercise when you feel normal or depressed.
