I go to an outdoor weight and running group twice a week. I always feel positive afterwards.

I usually go to the gym but the past week I have had several emotional flashbacks that have left me feeling like an open wound and have not been able to stop the need to isolate and avoid so I have been only averaging twice a week.

I dance. When I am able to really feel it rather than going through the motions, it feels great. I also do the ococcassional Pilate's or yoga. They are a bit of a drag to do, by if I force myself to get a good workout/stretch in, I feel much better.

I lift weights and do gym type stuff, I jog, I trail run, I bike (road and trail), I hike, I play a number of adult team sports in various leagues and with friends, tennis, soccer, etc. I get different things out of different activities but all are good. Jogging is very meditative, and can also be euphoric if you're in shape. Some of the team sports can leave you elated or irritated, so they can be a mixed bag emotionally.
