I have sent this to my non-English-speaking uncle who lives abroad:
Amazon.com: Now Foods Clinical Strength Prostate Health, Soft-gel, 180-Count: Health & Personal Care He asked for the dosage. I see on Amazon that three capsules must be taken a day, but I don't know whether all 3 at once or 1 capsule with each of three meals. I also don't know whether they should be taken with food, water, or both. If any man on here has the instructions, I would appreciate if you could fill in the gaps for me, Thanks |
