Hey,

sorry i know this is a weird question..

But i've got hay fever, and my eyes are really swollen and puffy.
I've taken certrizine (non-drowzy anti-histamine) and it's helped, but not enough.

I bought a 'cooling eye mask' from sainsburys - the type that has gel in it and you put it in the fridge..

But it was really bad quality… the elastic was tight enough to hurt my head.. and the 'gel goggles' were too small to cover my eyes
Wasn't really feeling it…

although just holding it gently on one eye at a time, was really, really nice.

-

has anyone found a good 'brand of these,,, or something similar…

> i really like these things… used to have one and it was great.
as when i get hay-fever - it's my eyes that get it bad… i don't really sneeze or anything very much… just puffy eyes.

highly recommend for anyone like me. - just don't go to sainsburys.

Regards
C

How about this option from Amazon.co.uk? I haven't tried it, but the reviews look promising:
