Has anyone tried this? I think of taking showers, closing your eyes under the water imagining you're in some beautiful place. Also swimming , I love going swimming. It's so relaxing and refreshing

Yes. I find water to be very therapeutic and calming.

i read one way to treat depression is with 'the three salts; tears, sweat (gym/workout), and ocean.'
i think there is something to that. |

I've always found the ocean to be very calming. Unfortunately, I no longer live close to the ocean and miss it terribly. Showers don't work for me as they are actually very triggering. Hate showers but they're one of those necessary things I have to do. Would rather take a daily swim in the ocean.
