I have come here thinking some of you may have tried CES (Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation) I have found information online that says it has a high rate of success in relieving depression.
I have a TEN's unit with ear lobe clips that I have been using for a few days, 30 min., twice a day and it seams to help with my lifelong depression. It could be the placebo effect so I'm looking for feed back from others that my be using this method.
I did a search here but found nothing on this subject. SSRI's have helped a little but not much( and I've tried them all) Currently on Brintellix, which is very new. I have posted this in the general depression forum but have received no response.
