Does anyone know of any safe alternatives for tourettes? Prefer vitamins, or pills that I can pick up at a walmart, without a prescription. Any type of alternative is ok though.

Not sure, have you checked out PC's sister site, NeuroTalk? I recognize tourettes is a neurological disorder, (*blush* overheard my neurologist's verbal notetaking once) and there might be a larger group of individuals with more knowledge?
