Anyone tried it? Did it help with depression and/or anxiety? Anything similar on the shelves out there?

I read that it's not for people who are severely depressed but is known to help with mild cases. I've been thinking about trying it instead of continuing Wellbutrin because of the side effects. Wellbutrin is causing hair loss and that is a deal breaker for me.

I thought I had finally come around. But then it hit me again, all at once. I just want to forget about you...

The evidence suggests that it can be moderately effective though it can have unfavourable interactions with prescription medications.

You might find the information about it here helpful; St. John's wort: MedlinePlus Supplements .
