Hey people.

Just wondering if you guys can recommend me some natural remedies and give some tips and advice in general to help alleviate symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety etc.? Anything that's worked out well for you? Your thoughts on natural supplements etc.,? Just a thread to discuss natural remedies in general. I'd love to hear your success stories.

I've been reading online and the number one thing that keeps coming up is exercise, so I'm thinking about joining the gym again while I'm in a good place and motivated, so that should be a start, but other than that have you guys got any other tips?

Thanks
Hugs from:

Exercise definitely helps me. Over-the-counter magnesium also helps - dose is 400mg daily. Another thing I like is crochet - it is like meditation for me ... takes my mind off things it shouldn't be dwelling on.
Thanks for this!

I take Rhodiola Rosea, L-Tyrosine, 3 grams Omega-3, GABA, Tryptophan, Bee Pollen. No it does not cure anything but I did see improvements as in I do not get as depressed when situations arise. I do notice a major difference if I decide not to take then for a day.

Coach's Mind Eye: I take this supplement. Should you?

Hi Twigg!

I love your approach! I do exercise, yoga, supplements and (what helped the most in my case) "SNAP CLUB"

This made a HUGE difference for me and it's certainly easy to try.

People are having big successes with meditation alone, I'm also noticing. One other tip is to look at post #45 in the above thread for purely medical issues to check out.
