Are we allowed to talk about our "plant medicine" experiences here? If so, can we do so in detail (ie. name of the plant medicine taken, how often, etc.). I figure it's no different than blogging about the experiences, but I don't want to get into any trouble.

Out of curiosity, what is plant medicine? This is something I have not heard of.

I guess you could say psychedelic's....mushrooms, ayahuasca, etc.

I tried St John herb...

I think help a little for depression, but made me feel very angry and anxious, so I stopped it.
