I found this article interesting, because I'm prone to have delayed-onset sleep problems. This is the same lipoic or alpha lipoic acid (ALA) that's found in anti-aging face creams.

One article I read recommended a daily dose of 600 mg. Do your own research! There are links to other articles at the end of this one.
