In addition with my medication, I like to add supplements into the mix for my health. For my medication, I am currently taking 60mg of prozac, and 200mg of seroquel. The supplements that I take consists of my multivitamin, 4,000 IU of vitamin d, 100mg of zinc, green tea extract, 500 mg of tyrosine, 100 mg of chromium, and a fish oil supplement. The green tea extract and the chromium is there for weight management.

What does your supplement regimen look like?
