Hello, my lecturer in CBT just skimmed through some therapy styles and briefly introduced Emotionally Focused Therapy. I've read about it a bit in the web and it looks very interesting.

Has anyone tried it?

people that have done it say it works, it focuses on our pressure points - I would give it a go, because it's a therapy without any harmful side effects.

I've just read few pages on the two-chair dialogue and it really is interesting.
