My T told me about magnesium. U can get it in spray form from the vitamin shoppe, it's located by the bath stuff. As to it working I'm not really sure. I think it does to an extent. Reading about it mentions spraying the tops of ur feet for sort of like an extended release. My T told me when starting to panic or feel really anxious spray on my chest. It is a salt though so any surface scratches will burn. It can also leave a residue on ur skin it's ok it's just the salt.

It's more like if you are low in magnesium it can really help several systems getting normal levels.

Thanks and I have used epsom salts in the bath and of course that feels nice , I have also taken magnesium in supplement form which I end up stopping because of feeling a bit of nausea.

Just kinda wondering if anyone has taken it long term and if it actually helped

Magnesium Glycinate is good for anxiety.

A really good combo for anxiety and panic is Taurine, L-Theanine, and Magnesium Glycinate.
Thanks for this!

Thank you kindness, Did you have a good experience with that combo?

Yes.

Taurine, in my opinion, is the most effective OTC available (more effective (and safer) than Kava Kava)) because this amino acid directly inhibits the fight-or-flight response (this is an integral part of a panic attack).

However, when you combine the two amino acids (Taurine and L-Theanine) with the mineral Magnesium Glycinate it seems to have a synergistic effect of calming the nervous system.

It's worth a try (take the Magnesium Glycinate with food).
Thanks for this!
