Need help meditating ?

i happened upon some really powerful and beautiful 'brain stimulation' music, sound tracks, called 'binaural beat'. i have used this technology for years to support me in healing my brain damage, and found it to be very supportive of the meditative state. i hope you find it helps you to focus and concentrate after listening.

Your post reminded me that I still haven't managed to find my earbuds. I downloaded this app back in the summer and have never used it.

I'm starting to get the Winter Holiday twitches. I could use some relaxation.
Thanks for this!
