After doing EMDR earlier today, I developed a killer headache. T says to notice what happens in my body. Well no danger of not noticing this! Anyone else have physical reactions to EMDR? How long did they last?

Yes - " EMDR Brain " for a few days , getting tired , body memories , feeling knocked out , headaches. My T told me my brain was scrambled and I can appreciate now that it was.

Yes I get very tired and confused. This last session was just to help with creating my safe place ... But it still made me so very dopey for a few days. Crazy how something so simple can effect your brain.
Thanks for this!
