Have you tried any of this for psychosis?

A vitamin b complex.
Inositol.
Choline.
Vitamin C.
Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA)
Niacine (B3) supplement.
GABA and Glycine.
Omega 3 and 6.
Melatonin.
NAC.

While some of these may proove to significantly reduce mental illness, they are no replacement for suitable medications

I've tried inositol and melationin but not for psychosis. Both gave me weird reactions so I had to stop taking them quickly.

But I don't take medications at all.

I tried melatonin last night and I slept really well. Today I feel much better. My mind is clear!

Today finally I made some exercise. And I played a new videogame (Noarmally I spend all the day in bed).

I surprised how sleeping well can be so good!

Both my GP and my pdoc recommended Melatonin. They said that if you need it, it will help. If low melatonin is not the problem, then taking it will not help. Makes sense...

Yep, lack of sleep can be a cause of psychosis and since melatonin helps regulate sleep cycle, can be at least temporary help. Lots of benefits to sleep.

I am doing a bit better since I take melatonint, also, I think vitamin B3 pill helps too. But I am not sure about the multivitamin and NAC.

vitamin B3 pill, 250mg B3
multivitamin, 16mg B3 and other vitamins.
