A friend of mine just started using it and he gave a ringing endorsement for it. This is a guy that has had depression, anxiety, and anger issues for as long as I've known him, which is a very long time. Another one of my friends who has bipolar casually mentioned it to me too a few months ago. Has anyone here tried it? What kind of experiences have you had? I'd love to try it, but I have wasted enough money on natural treatments that don't justify the cost.

Hi there. I have heard great things about it too. But just a forewarning, it can be EXTREMELY addictive. If you have an addictive personality I would think twice. It can have awful side effects. if taken in excess especially. And the withdrawal symtpoms can be horrendous, likened to opioid/heroin withdrawals. You can do what you want. It definitely can have benefits if taken correctly but just be aware of the things to also be conscientious of. An informed decision is the best decision I say. Best of luck to you. ![]() |

I don't have experience, although I do know it's addictive. Keep in mind if you do try it. Take care.

I believe that Kratom messes more with the brain/CNS than Kava Kava does. Look up Kava Kava to see if that interests you. It does help calm me down.
