I have an agreement that if I feel I need it, I can spend the night in the hospital. (it's called a Prescribed Bed (translated from my language), it's basically a PRN for a night in the psych ward) I'm trying to decide whether I need it right now.

How do you think it will help you? Is one night enough? Doing it and seeing how it goes will help you determine how helpful it is for you.

Not sure how it would help me. But my pdoc once said, why don't you try it? It might end up helping.

It can be very hard to take that step, but if you're feeling miserable (just picking that out of your location) what do you have to lose? What is stopping you?

Sorry for my late reaction - I was in bed with the flu. (Also the reason I didn't even contemplate going in the last couple of days)

I'm afraid it won't help. And then I'll have to leave without feeling better.

I had some kind of agreement like that with my p'doc. I didn't use it.

Then I got sicker and sicker mentally and found myself in there for a two week stint and two weeks out and another one in.

I wonder if your p'doc is letting you know that the option is there for you to feel supported?
