So I've been reading about the brain-gut connection, regarding mood, ibs and other things, and just wondered if anyone had had any success with lessening anxiety or even depression with probiotics?

I do take them most every day, but not as a way to reduce anxiety. However, over the last few years I've moved from a large dose of Klonopin to just a little Xanax each day, come to think of it. I don't know that probiotics help anxiety but they wouldn't hurt.
