Yes, I take it every night. Got off anxiety meds after about 6 months. However, I was only on buspirone 10 mg 4x day.Doc put me back on it prior to serious surgery in August. Afterwards I forgot to take it so often I just stopped. Wouldn't recommend you substitute it but add it and see if it helps. Took about a month to get a level. Let me know if it works for you.

I've explored it but it doesn't cross the blood brain barrier
