Medical marijuana and job drug testing

Not sure if this is the right place for this. Sorry if it isn't!

I'd like to hear from others who have problems finding a job while prescribed medical cannabis. I've been on prescribed medical marijuana for three years, and it's helped my depression and anxiety so much. No other medication (and I've tried dozens) even came close. It finally allowed me to lead a normal life.

Now I'm in the job market and having a REALLY hard time finding a place that doesn't drug test. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, what did you do about it?
