T says consider going IP but been there, done that and I don't want to. Tho I might be safer there or feel safer, I know the ropes and it's all an illusion.
She knows she can't help me when I spin too far out, but I'd rather spin out in comfort. She said she's not at the point where she feels she really needs to push me, but would prefer if I go on my own.

I spent time in nature instead. It's tonight I really have to get through... Equinox.

I'm glad nature helps. I would encourage going inpatient if you're not safe. If you are safe, then it's up to you.
Thanks for this!

Spent one night in psych ER over the weekend.

Eh... they tried to get me into a step-down (non lock in unit) but no one called back.
Hanging in. I got in to see the psych on a cancellation. If things get worse again tonight I can go to a walk in clinic. I’m pretty tired tho. I think I’m ok enough.
Thanx
