I have a significant history of getting hit in the head. As I got older, I developed a tendency to get headaches when I am very stressed out. I get angry when I get a headache because it reminds me of my childhood trauma of getting hit in the head.

Is there a natural cure for headache? I'm looking for either something I can take or a meditation exercise or technique. I have taken pain relievers but I don't want to take them on a weekly basis. It has now gotten to the point where even a small amount of stress can give me a headache.
