I saw my T today. He wants me in psychotherapy and an inpatient stay. I had to come back home cause there were no beds available. I'm a nervous wreck.

I'm still here(inpatient) and it's slowly helping. I'm sorry I haven't been around to give you all support.

You can do it. I've been in the hospital so many times and for so incredibly long that sometimes I just shake my head in wonder. But if that's where you need to be, that's where you need to be. Hang in there. You can do it. We believe in you!

well I might be going soon, hopefully there isn't a vulnerable area to worry about. If there is I can't worry about how many times I've gone just got to see about myself in the care of professionals
