I was at a bad treatment center when I was 17 and I asked for a staff members medamusicl and she gave it to me. This staff member also would give herself insulin shots in front of us.

The staff at one hospital would hit the kids. It’s still in business.

Another hospital let us watch an R rated psychological horror movie that we had no business watching.

Got any good ones?

I had a psychologist once tell me that he hoped the hospital would burn to the ground.

I had a male nurse psychologically and emotionally abuse me thinking that by humiliating me he could make me less psychotic. Fortunately, I was on one-on-one supervision because I was so psychotic I couldn't be left alone. The aid was in the hall and heard the whole vicious rant and bravely reported him. After an investigation, he was later fired. For once in my life, an abuser paid a price for hurting me.

There was a night nurse who, without talking to me, wrote in her report that I was unmotivated and not taking my treatment seriously, simply because I had been hospitalized shortly before that stay.

Same stay, I had a nurse yell at me for trying to get paint that the recreation tech had left for me specifically because painting is one of my major coping skills and they wouldn't let me have my acrylics.

At the first place I mentioned the Sunday nurse wanted me to go to immediate care for an ear infection. When we got there they were closing so they told us to come back the next day. When I asked the new nurse on Monday about when I was going she said I was lying about it and that the nurse never said I was going to immediate care. Um, I literally went there. I had to get my mom involved but I finally went. And sure enough it was infected.

That place was a hell hole. There was this girl who had cancer. So the staff made it feel like no one else’s feelings were validated because she was going through so much. It just sucked.
