I had a phone session with my psychiatrist yesterday, and finally got him to understand the magnitude of my depression.
He wants me to try light therapy, and my psych hospital provides them free to people on disability insurance and then bills the gov't. Now I'm just waiting for him to let me know what day to go into the hospital next week to meet him to collect it.
