Going to try something new with my anxiety and ptsd,equine therapy.Been on so many medications that it bothered me.Therapist and I talked about this yesterday and said I am for it.A good friend of mine said it is well worth it,it helped her with her anxiety issues.I see this person that does this on Friday,has a ranch.She does this and turn around has been good.Even saw a video on it

It went good,encouraged me a lot and discussed everything.Saw I went through a lot being bullied.I was ready for everything.Then got the horse out,would not go up to me walking up to it at first.Came up to me and me pet them.Had to be on a stool due to my pituritary dwarfism.The horse even let me brush them.A lot of peace came out when it happened.Next session is next week Friday
