I've been going to a sober support meeting where the facilitator starts off with a tapping excercise. I've talked with her about it, and she said it could help with my trauma psychosomatic symptoms.

Just curious if anyone has tried it and found it helpful.

Thanks.

Does anyone have experience with tapping? is it effective?

I never heard of it before and will have to look it up online. What is its function? What is its success rate if that is an appropriate question? Sorry I cannot be helpful to you. Hopefully people who know about it will see your post and respond to it kindly and helpfully!
