Does anyone have a psych service dog? If so how many commands were they able to learn? What is the most helpful command?

I'm asking because I got a golden retriever puppy to be my service dog. I need her for mobilility and Sza issues and I'm trying to figure out how many commands they can be trained for or if I'm loading to much on one dog and should split the work between 2 dogs. So what is your dog trained for?

Dogs can learn a lot of commands, given enough time.

How much help would you be requiring from the assistance dog? Constant assistance or would the dog get breaks and be able to do normal dog things every day?

The dog would be trained for both mobility and psych. I'd need help getting around if there are stairs. As well as daily chores. (Stability and laundry), find husband, find exit, lights, alert to noise.... She would have time to be a dog daily and play and stuff. I need her mainly when my husband isn't available and to give me independence. I have about 15-20 tasks outside the public access test skills. Currently my current dog is trained to alert and dpt. I'm moving to an area that will be harder for me to have independence. As my paranoia and physical issues are going to get worse.

OK just so i understand, regardless of which dog does what, you'll have 2 dogs?

I currently have was ESA dog ( dog A) that does 2 tasks. To help me out with paranoia when my husband isn't home. She's 12 years old. So dog A is only for home as she's basically retired.

Dog P is 8 weeks. So dog P will be taking over the 2 tasks dog A has. Along with several other tasks. We want to get it so I'm comfortable leaving the house and staying home alone with P. P will take at least 2 years to train. I only want one dog at a time minus training time but I don't want to put to much on one service animal.

My mental and physical health has progressed over the last 12 years. I finally accepted that m y disabilities hinder my own independence and we're trying to rectify it by adding a move advanced service dog.
