Cats always seem to be able to find the most comfortable and warm places in a house!

My cats are always right next to me no matter where I am in the house. I'm sitting on the couch right now, and one of them is currently standing right next to me on the couch looking at me while the other is lying curled up on the floor near the couch. They're my little buddies.

Cats are so sleek and agile. I love dogs, but if I could have the qualities of a cat, I'd love that....sleek, sexy (and I don't mean that in a weird way; think, like Catwoman), clever, sneaky, predatorial, frisky and lithe. And if only we purred when we were content! Did you know a cat's purr is made with a part of the throat is the same part that enables a lion to roar? At least that's what they said on TV once (on Animal Planet, I think). However, I've also read that there are different ideas on how and why cats purr, so don't take that statement as fact.

I totally wish people could purr!
Thanks for this!

My cat Oliver follows me around EVERYWHERE.. when I'm watching TV he'll often sit there and just stare at me lol. Having cats is like having your own paparazzi lol.

I never thought of that! I'd get a cat, but a cat might eat my bird, and he wouldn't like that. But I love cats and I love dogs and I love birds, so I can't have all the animals I'd like to have. Besides, I don't have enough time and money to have all I'd want!

Maven, thank you for recognizing you can't care for all the animals you'd like to have! I wish more people took that attitude.
Thanks for this!
