That was good! lol! I used to have an African grey parrot, he was so funny, I would be outside and I would hear the phone ringing and would run in the house and it was the bird! Then he would laugh! What a clown he was!

That WAS amusing. It reminded me of the A. grey, Monsieur, that I used to housesit for; the only time the dog would ever bark was if someone was at the door and because of the size of the house, I couldn't always hear the bell or someone knocking. The dog kept barking and I kept going to the door, no one there. I'm thinking kids are playing a prank or the dog has lost it. I'm looking at the dog and thinking, "What's up with this?" Finally one day, I'm in the kitchen near Monsieur and he did this, astonished but oh, how stupid I felt, especially as he laughed like gma45's did. I was laughing too. Since then, I have never underestimated their vocal capabilities, amazing.

This was really funny, I remember a pet shop by us used to have a parrot and it would always ask "how are you today?" It has closed down now sadly, Parrots are really lovely and funny
