Dearest slightly crazed siamese mix cat of mine, Moby,
I am so VERY sorry I gave you those two drugs together, even though most likely it was your chemistry/general high-strung nature that caused such a "panic attack" kind of reaction and we had to rush off to the ER vet. I do wonder why your EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE TEAM OF VETS were unaware these meds shouldn't really ever be given together, but I will get to that soon enough. (Aka, when my vet feels like he wants to return to work. Apparently Friday. But not yesterday, or today. Friday. They think. No one really knows his schedule, but since when HAVE they?? ![]() ![]() ![]() So now you are panicky on the level of like a 2 vs. a 10 24 hours later. I reaaaallly hope you stop wailing/crying completely soon and that you stop looking like you got into some illegal drug stash. I feel horrible, esp. because now I can't give you your prozac again until Sat, while the mirtazapine has time to get out of your system...wrap your little kitty brain around THAT, but please don't make me bleed too much while you are doing your crazed raccoon impression for these next few days w/out the prozac. I am NOT happy about that or any of this, plus the guilt is awful...I am just glad you are okay because you scared the **** out of me. Anyway, I love you. ![]() Me |

Thank you so much...he is getting there, slowly but surely. I think he is mostly uncomfortable and restless now.
