Sorry, I don't think that sort of thing is funny. People shouldn't drag their cats around like that.

It was his first time on a leash. He might do better with practice. Or not. Cats have different personalities.

Some cats can be taught to walk on a leash. I'm teaching Mikey and Krissy to do it. You don't do it by dragging them around the floor. I'm with RRex on this. The guy dragging the cat around is being mean.
