I just wanted to say how thankful I am for my baby heavens-knows-what-breed-she-might-be dog.
She keeps me sane when everything else is falling appart. And she's the best tissue for tears. ![]() I'm so glad I finally decided to adopt a stray dog. Here I was thinking I was making her life better when in reality it was her who was going to make mine soooo much better. |

Oh yes, our fur babies make wonderful tissues for tears. Love that phrase!

I've cried into Amy many times. She doesn't really let me hold her but she is there for me, no doubt about it.

I have nothing I'd rescue before my pets (in this case, one bird, for now) in a fire or emergency. I treasure my books, my computer, my printer, my jewelry, and more, but it's all junk compared to my pets. I'd have no regrets if all I got out of the house was my pets, my boyfriend and me.
