From c|net (16 Oct 2013): PetChatz dispenses video, treats, scents on command
Quote:
The pet communication system not only features live two-way video, it also gives out tasty treats and a variety of scents to entertain your furry companion. ...

PetChatz currently has working prototypes and plans for a customer test run within the next few months. The aim is to ship production models by spring of 2014.
Communicate and interact with your owner while you work at the office.
There's a promotional video at the end of the article.

Oh WOW how brill. I want one!! Worth the money. Very smart tech. Works with kitties too. I have seen 2 other types but work via mobile to unit, have no screen for pet to see you and were aimed at dogs. My cat may try to disassemble the unit to get to the chase..the treats.
Thanks for this!
