Lucy is doing well. We have completed the puppy and birthing kennel. Our only concern is that she is giving birth in the hottest month of the year. Temperatures reach 40 deg Cel. We will probably get a fan going to blow into the kennel. Mama Lucy is growing steadily now and has boobies she can be very proud of.

I was talking to a friend about what they do when it gets that hot. They fill plastic bottles with water and freeze them. Then they put the frozen bottles under a rug and the dogs can lay against them. Hope this helps to keep Lucy cool.
Thanks for this!
