Ive recently adopted a cute little kitten. A calicoe, I think. But yet I can't decide on which name would be better: yusef. Being that the 1970s singer/songwriter "Cat" Stevens changed his name to yusef. after his conversion to Islam. (My cats a Sufi). Or, perhaps Tic Tac Toe, being that a draw in that game means "the Cat wins"?????

Phoenix22, why don't you give it some time? I find if I wait a bit a name comes naturally based on the cat's personality and behavior.

I think you should not deliberately name your cat. Just wait to see what you end up calling it. My sister did this and named her cat Dishrag (because she kept stealing the dishrag).
Thanks for this!

I am with the others that say wait and see what your baby's personality will be like, don't force it, it will come! Enjoy those crazy days and nights and bites on the toes! It is like having a newborn baby that can already walk, jump and talk! LOL
