Ok, who's responsible for not telling us we were to hug our cats yesterday? Can we still get in on this?

Sure you can get in on this. I do it everyday regardless what day it is. In my world everyday is hug your cat day! lol!

Should we get a class action going against makers of calendars for not putting this out there? There aughta be a law everyone knows this important day so those without cats can go to the shelters and hug a cat........and maybe fall in love and give a cat a home?

My husband walked into the room last night as I was snuggling with Alex. It was after midnight, and I remarked to him that I know Hug Your Cat Day is over, but....
Hubby interrupted. "It's never over. Every day is Hug Your Cat Day." So.... |

I hug my cat every day too. He loves it!

I don't know if any of my cats (outdoor cats, not really mine officially) would let me hug them, except when we had Cozy inside, I'm pretty sure she would let me. Outdoors, though, she lets me pet her, but not too much. And Lila hasn't been around for a couple of days. She may have had her kittens; I was hoping to coax her inside and take care of her--she looked like she was going to have quite a few kittens.
