You know a couple of years ago my dad was having surgery. My grandmother and I were waiting for him to come out so you have a bunch of people in a waiting room all in their own thoughts and worried about their loved ones. Anyway my grandmother asked a question about our dog so I pulled out my cell phone and showed her some pictures of our dog and cat. Now mind you everyone up until this point had not said anything to the others but once I brought out my cell phone the lady sitting across from my grandmother asked if she could see so I showed her and she asked questions about my fur babies then pulled out her phone and showed me her fur babies. Sitting back in the corner was a man in his 70's he slowly pulled out his phone and said here are my guys. He only had a few because he said he was not up to this new technology but it was amazing how a group of people came together and how everyone brighten up once they started to show their pictures.
Has I am typing this Sunny my cat is trying to get between me and my ipad. But you gotta love him. They give unconditional love. And I can honestly say I think I have more pictures of the animals on my phone then my kids. They do not ask for money or the car keys
