I was watching a heartwarming/heart wrenching video of a man rescuing a cat in the aftermath of the Camp fire in California. The cat was howling a distress call as she was rescued. My Mikey and Ollie came running over to the computer looking for the distressed kitty. Took awhile to convince them the cat was not actually here in the house. Sweet boys trying to "protect" the little lady.

For those who wonder, the rescued kitty had burns on her feet and singed hair on her body. She is recovering nicely in a shelter.

Hug and kiss your sweet pooter kitties for me! It is so heartbreaking seeing the sweet pups and kitties injured. I am grateful for everyone who does what they can to help them get better.

Thanks. There are so many sad stories coming out of California I like seeing these positive ones.
